You'll have impact from Day 1️⃣

<aside> 🕐 In 1 month

You will have deep-dived on our platform and developed a working understanding of its high-level value drivers for customers.

You will also have reviewed our existing Pilot-to-Subscription processes and implemented any immediate/obvious wins.

<aside> 🕒

In 3 months

You will have developed relationships with and quantified existing and potential value pools for Endeavour Energy, our largest client.

You will also have established relationships with NZ pilot customers and have further developed our Pilot-to-Subscription processes to maximise conversions and reduce speed-to-convert.

<aside> 🕕 In 6 months

You will be leading and orchestrating our team’s CS efforts, ensuring our subscription customers are extracting as much value from Gridsight as fast as possible.

You will have also identified the next tier of expansion for our subscription customers, what blockers there are to expansion and how we can best overcome these.

Additionally, you will also be managing the overall Pilot conversion process.

You can expect to be leading a growing Customer Success team, working with electricity distributors from multiple continents, and be meaningfully contributing to increasing distributed renewables globally.
